Terminal Project
Terminal Project
At a local coal terminal and the local wood pellet terminal, we manage various maintenance and preventive maintenance projects. Our first major project at the terminal involved the complete rebuild of a 72” conveyor system and the enclosure tubes that had been damaged by fire. This reconstruction involved approximately 400 feet of elevated conveyor system, spanning from the land side, over the road, across the levee, and reaching out to the river. Since completing this project, we have continued to work regularly at the terminals, handling diverse projects such as:
- Removal and replacement of 80” conveyor pulleys, shafts, bearings, etc.
- Fabrication of new conveyor systems and tables
- Motor and gearbox changes
- On-site fabrication of custom catwalks and access platforms
- Repair and replacement of digger legs, buckets, elevators, and more
